Measure, warn and report dust pollution - with maximum precision
Dustlight measures dust exposure down to the second. The measurement data in the web app has been comprehensively updated. You now receive even more precise information on exposure — including TWA (time weighted average), STEL (short-term exposure limit), and particle sizes. These values are displayed in real time — both as numerical data and in the form of graphs. Additionally, you can access the data in the history view and track exposure levels over the specified time period. By automatically adjusting the limit values to the actual shift duration, the app enables a precise assessment of compliance. This applies to both average 8-hour shifts and longer shifts.
Another useful feature is event notes: you can document your activities during your shift. This makes it possible to track exactly how much dust was generated by a specific task. You can also add events after your shift. Event markers are visible in all charts, including live measurements, TWA, STEL as well as the particle size distribution. This allows for a more comprehensive analysis of work processes and enables informed decisions to be made to specifically improve measures for protection against dust exposure.

Advanced reporting and data analysis
The web app offers simple PDF reporting with all relevant data. The new reports include particle size data as well as an analysis of STEL and TWA compliance — a key benefit for ESG reporting and the optimization of your work processes. In addition, the web app provides advanced visualizations that present the data in an easy-to-understand format. Users can also customize their reports by adding or removing specific charts and analyses. This ensures that each report contains only the information relevant to their specific needs.
